Multi Line Radial Lubrication System
The Multi-line Radial Lubricator releases precise amounts of oil or grease from plunger pumps housed in a shared body, each operating independently to deliver high-pressure lubrication. It includes a single pumping station with multiple pump-element assemblies activated by a cam turned by an electric motor. The dosage cycle is adjustable on-site via an adjusting screw in each pump element. A reservoir with a reflector plate stirs the grease during operation, refillable through a front port. While designed for continuous operation, these lubricators are typically controlled to run intermittently, with ON time managing lubricator operation and OFF time indicating idle periods
